We expect to launch International Elite Training Academy by 2010. Currently we are talking with partners, accreditation bodies and sponsors to help make this ambition a reality. We seek to sponsor a selected number of bursary places to support individuals who wish to make their dreams a reality. Our Mission – Giving the Opportunity
Elite Training Academy exists for the purpose of helping those with an innate ability to move past their present position but who may be hindered in their career through lack of qualification or experience. This includes individuals who may not have had the opportunity to attend a personal development programme in the past.
The History
Our experience in business has given us the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs, sales professionals, powerful presenters and great leaders. We have also had the privilege of working with individuals who have the potential to become more and do more but who appear to be hindered by a lack of self-belief due to gaps in their education and business experience.
This is especially close to our hearts as one of our fellow directors found themselves in this exact situation. Realising this she began a five-year self funded re-training programme and has gone from strength to strength. We are not all able to self finance such re-training and so the concept of our Academy was conceived.
Business has always promoted opportunity for anyone with the attitude and aptitude to get on, but how do we recognise this ambition if the individual is shy of coming forward with their talent or lacks the belief yet demonstrates the ability. International Elite Training Academy seeks to fulfil the need for training structured to the specific timetable and needs of those individuals who demonstrate the hunger to learn and the desire to succeed.

Curriculum Excellence
International Elite Training Academy exists to conduct training. Training success depends on the curriculum and how it is researched, developed, delivered, tested, and evaluated. A key feature of our work is the use of R&D instruction techniques and technologies, leading to higher levels of knowledge retention. Another key feature is the factoring in of life lessons learned from across the different contexts both scientific and practical experience, which ensures that the experiences communicated to candidates are up-to-date and with many interconnected parts from theory, practice and experience to dictated standards, prescribed methods, and critical thinking skills to develop new ideas.
Innovation
International Elite Training Academy is committed to using the power of science and technology to strengthen training, meet the needs of Organisational requirements, improve candidate knowledge, and reinvent the way it does business. Critical thinking, adapting more quickly and effectively in complex, volatile, and unstructured environments, and practical application are hallmarks of our work. Academy-wide efforts are underway to use technology to enable more cost-effective training approaches to meet customer needs, while minimising candidates time away from their work location.
Work Excellence
International Elite Training Academy values the positive, professional contributions of all employees. The team is qualified to the highest standard possible in the areas of Coaching, Training and Sales. All coaches are accredited by The International Coach Federation, and all trainers are fully accredited in their professional capacity and use multi sensory and mind-power techniques to enrich the experience.
We provide opportunities for continuous professional and personal development of the team.
The coaching team are qualified to the Professional Standard ACC and PCC and regulated by The International Coach Federation. Few have achieved this standard in the UK and numbers are minimal in the US due to the arduous process that is required to succeed and remain accredited. All professional coaches must receive on going personal development each year and record a minimum of 250 paid coaching hours per year in order to retain certification and accreditation.
