Fearless Engagement entails the capacity to work at the edges of your own or a group's comfort zone. It is an ability to pay exquisite attention to what must be challenged and provoked, or to where you need to extend yourself. Classically, it expresses Your Warrior Spirit.

The Warrior Spirit is the key to Fearless Engagement; harnessing your Personal Power will take you to The Edge and into the Eye of the Storm where the Warrior resides with courage, confidence and coolness. These elements and more will give you the power to engage challenges as they arise.

As a Warrior, you enter the field of engagement boldly, supremely confident in your abilities. You wait to be tested, to be shaped by wrestling with greater forces and beings. You welcome whatever comes and whoever you encounter - your shadow, those who oppose you, are the very guardians of your inner realm of confidence. You are open and alert, filled with the aliveness and vitality that comes from giving yourself fully, without conditions. Surrendering to what is. All your senses are awake and every cell in you body tingles - something deep inside within you stirs. You feel radical achievement in saying Yes! to engagement, an elemental excitement at meeting and being met. You know it is always yourself that you are meeting, even as you meet others in the world, and you know it is always the unknown itself that beckons, even as you step forward to accept the next challenge, again and again. The essence here is finding your edge, that part of you that takes risks and is comfortable with uncertainty.

The pure nature of Fearless Engagement is entering the field of experience openly, willing to engage with your whole self. It is active and receptive. Like a warrior, you give yourself to the process because you anticipate being tested or challenged. You take risks, knowing that only in the alchemy of engagement can the possibilities emerging in you and your work be realised. Through Fearless Engagement, you discover who you are and what you can do, and learn to face what arises with gratitude for the gift it offers.

always ineffectiveness concerning all acts of initiative and creation.

There is one elemental truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas

and splendid plans - that the moment one definitely commits oneself,

then providence moves all. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never

otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events raise in one's favour

all manner of incidents and meetings and material assistance which no one could

have dreamed would come his or her way.
