The Heart of the Beast?
Increasing your Presence and Power...
You already possess the most powerful tool known to mankind, the human mind. Unfortunately, with no set of instructions, you probably don't yet know how to use your mind to its full potential.
You have decided it is time to accelerate your visibility, audibility and credibility, by working the edges of your own comfort zone, and paying exquisite attention to what must be summoned and provoked.
The Heart of the Beast?shifts emotional fields, those underlying, persistent states, that at times, seem to have you by the throat and interfere with your Command, Conviction and total Confidence.
Celebrities from the world of Motor Sport to World Class Tennis and Olympic Athletes, utilise similar processes to the Heart of the Beast? in order to establish critical knowledge about what is going on in their minds at the emotional level. Lewis Hamilton among others uses video footage of his practice races, as well final race coverage for this very purpose. Recall now, the dejected Lewis at the end of the Chinese Grand Prix 2007. His spat with Alonso at the beginning of the race caused Lewis to loose focus, and ultimately loose the Race, the stakes are high and every moment counts. After the race Lewis talked with Michael Schumacher and immediately a one-week reclusive break was organised with his 'Spiritual Mind Coach.' Many thought he had lost his courage, but not so, Lewis Hamilton understands that positive emotions drive mental focus and commitment and that negative emotions were driving him in China, something he would not allow to happen in Brazil.
The Development of The Heart of the Beast?
Developed by Jeff Staggs Master Certified Coach, The Heart of the Beast? is a self- initiated process that promotes personal control, focus, drive and freedom of choice. He believes that the obstacles to your ultimate success are under your control - only you probably do not realise it. Paradoxically, the same source of your greatest obstacles is also the source of your greatest strength - your emotional mind! Think back to Lewis Hamilton, a World Class Champion and at times he too experiences his emotions grabbing him by the throat and driving him off course. It is not the lack of information that causes people not to excel as there is plenty of information out there if you look for it. What stops most people from going for gold and attaining their desires, is something deep within themselves.
Think about it - where do you hesitate or stop, or even impulsively plough on into something without assessing the risk and reality of a situation? I know I do... I had the great pleasure of knowing Ben Ainslie duirng his tender years of 11 - 14. His sailing coach at that time was a patient man called Barry, who recognised talent such as Ben. And he had strong words for Ben, 'lad, you're too impulsive, you've got to get a grip on those emotions.' Well, I guess the results speak for themselves as Ben embarkes on his greatest adventure to date, Skipper for the UK Challenge for the America's Cup 2009/10.
