Techniques for accessing your Alpha State
Step 1 - Relaxation
The first step is to induce a state of relaxation, see Self Hypnosis. Once you are in a relaxed state begin repeating your chosen mantra to achieve a calmer more focused mind.
Step 2 Mantra Meditation
Mantras are powerful and sacred words repeated during a relaxed meditative state. You can chant a mantra out loud or just think of it, each mantra phrase has meaning and purpose attached, focus on the actual words of the mantra. A few mantra words are listed below. The most powerful mantras are the ones you create for yourself.
