Question time is Your opportunity to ascertain " whether you have accomplished your goal". The questions you receive will reflect other's understanding and experience. You will find some questions easy to answer and some more challenging. What you feel about the questioner will affect how you take the question and your response.

Difficult people come in two main varieties: those who deliberately set out to be difficult and those that you, happen to find difficult. From your point of view, both can be a challenge and an opportunity. Think how boring communication would be if everyone agreed with you all of the time, although sometimes this certainly seems an attractive proposition.
