Biggest ‘Doh!’ moment?
Arriving at the theatre a month early for the ticket I’d bought. No staff picked up on it until the show was about to start. Our seats were on stage, so everyone saw the Doh!

When not coaching, you’ll find me…
Studying, reading, researching, walking my dog, training/facilitating, designing, thinking, reflecting, planning, experimenting, cooking, eating, drinking and somewhere in there… sleeping.

Executive Coach

Callum is a certified workplace, systems, team, executive, and cross-cultural coach. He is also a consultant designer, trainer, and facilitator of behavioural change using both cognitive and behavioural experimentation. Much of his work is with FTSE and Fortune listed organisations, UK Government Departments, and the NHS.

Callum’s skills specialities focus on and support KPI and OKR excellence of mid, senior, C-suite, and senior civil service leaders, and on creating and sustaining high- performing teams.

He also has a professional background in performing arts and creative writing, is a published author, and will soon publish his dissertation research into real-play as a coaching intervention and its influence on soft skills goal attainment.
