“We all have problems we want to overcome, goals we want to achieve, or simply for someone to listen when we feel stuck.
Partnering with a highly qualified coach can change your life for the better, setting you on a journey to greater self-fulfilment and well-being.”
3 words that sum you up?
Motivational. Challenging. Person-centred.
And 3 words that don’t?
Monotonous. Lazy. Uncreative.
The best audience/coachees?
Anyone who has the curious drive to reflect and explore where they are (including their positionality, i.e., what makes you who you are to think, feel and behave the way you do), where they want to be, and how they might bridge the gap.
What makes you laugh or smile?
People (and pets).
Talk to me about…
Anything that has a point.
To turn into a mushroom, then I’m always a fungi to be around.
Biggest ‘Doh!’ moment?
Arriving at the theatre a month early for the ticket I’d bought. No staff picked up on it until the show was about to start. Our seats were on stage, so everyone saw the Doh!
When not coaching, you’ll find me…
Studying, reading, researching, walking my dog, training/facilitating, designing, thinking, reflecting, planning, experimenting, cooking, eating, drinking and somewhere in there… sleeping.
To partner with you in a thought-provoking and creative process in a way that inspires your imagination, productivity, and leadership to unlock and maximize your personal and professional potential.

“If soft generic hygiene factor advice is what you are after...don't call Callum. Having worked with him for over 5 years, I have valued most his transformational coaching for individuals and teams; how he supports individuals truly step change the impact of their presentations; and many, many times just chewing over a challenge or an opportunity he will always bring a new perspective or coax one out of me that I didn't know was there. I feel very fortunate to be connected with such an inspirational, challenging and motivational human being with integrity and authenticity in spades.”
