With a BA Hons in Politics and International Relations, the experience takes leaders on a journey that is results focused whilst ensuring the emotional element is also discussed and engineered towards achievement. He believes that both are needed in equal measure for guaranteed success.
His philosophy is that even the best can get better. By asking insightful questions and offering his views where appropriate, he aims to inculcate a coaching and mentoring style of leadership for clients, such that they take a similar approach to themselves, and their teams over time.

Business Background and a life in the real world…
Originally a Marketer with Ford of Europe, David went on to join both global and boutique executive search firms, which he co-founded and helped to grow. He completed Board level searches for clients ranging from a magic circle law firm, a ‘big 4’ consulting firm, an international commodity trader, a FTSE 250 Retailer as well as publishers and well-known charities.
Wishing to work in a more in-depth way with individual clients, David retrained as an executive Coach in 2011/12. Since then, he has worked in a wide range of sectors, with a focus on Business and Professional Services. His relaxed and focused style of working ensures maximum impact, particularly when addressing difficult people challenges and during periods of significant business change.
