Prior to her 20 years’ experience as a consultant and coach, Cathy held line management roles within B2B and B2C advertising, manufacturing and retail businesses – including recruiting, training, motivating, developing and performance-managing individuals and teams.
She has subsequently enjoyed working across all sectors (private, public and NPO) providing support to a wide variety of industries including: finance, automotive, pharma, retail, utilities, hospitality & leisure, telecoms, IT, manufacturing, environmental, FMCG, engineering & construction, building supplies, travel, energy, distribution & packaging, food & drink, legal, local authority, government organisations, NHS, trade unions, education & further education.

- ILM7 and ACEC-qualified Coach and Mentor (Bristol Business School)
- Accredited NLP Coach and Practitioner
- British Psychological Society Registered Occupational Psychologist – qualified and specialised in a wide range of ability and personality psychometric assessment tools
