What makes you laugh or smile?
Listening to my 11-year-old daughter’s chats with her girlfriends and my 19-year-old son and his mates playing Xbox as though they were kids again! Oh, and when an initially doubtful client says, “Wow, that was actually really useful!” Hmmm…

Talk to me about…
Anything and everything, any way and anywhere – on the phone, face-to-face, Zoom. Even walking up a mountain…

Ideal superpower?
Easy / facile / einfach – to be fluent in every language in the world!

Biggest ‘Doh!’ moment?
Telling the official match photographer my son was wearing no. 10 in his England U18 rugby match vs France when he was actually wearing, um, no. 12… Guess who ended up with some very expensive action shots of somebody else’s son?!

When not coaching, you’ll find me…
Getting a lot carried away cheering on my kids from the sidelines whenever they’re playing. (Not that we’re over-competitive or anything…)

Business Background and a life in the real world…

Before establishing herself as a successful performance coach and facilitator, Lisa amassed a wealth of commercial expertise from 25+ years’ sales and leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and management consultancy industries.

Whilst most of her time is now spent coaching, she hasn’t completely given up the commercial side; concurrently overseeing 2 childcare nursery sites in Bath and leading a 30+ strong team. The clients may be much smaller and younger but they’re a continual reminder that no matter who you are, we all have different perspectives and needs!
